New order process & hosting control panel (cPanel) access

What should I expect after placing an order?

Our order processing system works as follows:

1. Client places an order from our website.
2. Client completes payment.
3. Order goes through fraud screening and payment is processed.
4. If everything passes, the order will be manually accepted by RoserNet. We want to make sure everything happens properly.
5. Once the order is accepted, you will receive your account access information. This email contains all access and login information to your control panel and to your RoserNet Client area. If you have not received this New Account Information email, it means your order is still being processed. Please wait until you hear back from us. If you have not received your new account information email within 24 hours, please submit a support ticket.
6. Once you have access to your control panel and client area, you can begin managing your RoserNet hosting account immediately.

How do I login to my cPanel (hosting account control panel):

1. Please make sure your order has been activated by us and that you have received your account access information. Please refer to our order activation process above.
2. You can login to your control panel by following the instructions within your New Account Information email.
3. You can also access your account control panel from your client area. First login to your client area:https://rosernet.com/whmcs/clientarea.php From the black menu bar above the account information, select Services > My Services where you should see your domain name.  On the right side of that line, click on View Details and at the bottom of the screen is a box with Login to cPanel and Login to Webmail.  Selecting Login to cPanel will take you to your cPanel screen.

How do I access my Webmail:

1. The easiest way is to add /webmail to the end of your domain name (http:www.yourdomain.com/webmail)
2. You can also access your webmail your client area. First login to your client area:https://rosernet.com/whmcs/clientarea.php From the black menu bar above the account information, select Services > My Services where you should see your domain name.  On the right side of that line, click on View Details and at the bottom of the screen is a box with Login to cPanel and Login to Webmail.  Selecting Login to webmail will take you to your cPanel screen.
